Direct remote support

Do questions arise when you use TDM? Our support staff can help you directly. TDM's remote control shows them your workscreen while shielding your network from them.

If you click to give us permission, we can see your display and answer your questions on the spot. Another mouse click can give us permission to move your mouse and type with your keyboard. Simply click again to cancel this permission.

Experience has shown the effectiveness of this technique for answering questions immediately.

You will need an adviser number/support key in order to activate our remote support. Your support expert can give you this number by telephone.
