TDM Facility & Maintenance Management

Maintenance management for facilities and production equipment: keeps everything running smoothly!

TDM Facility and Maintenance Management (FMM) is focused on reliable and clearly structured organization of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities for production equiqment and facilities. These are defined in detail, planned and carried out using FMM. Inspection results are documented electronically and the costs for the maintenance activities and spare parts and repairs are entered. FMM enables documentation of the accident prevention measures and calculates the maintenance costs as a basis for making further investment decisions.

Functions

  • Individual management of operating equipment such as production systems, small and handheld tools and appliances and conveying and storage equipment with master and inventory data
  • Direct allocation of inspection, maintenance and repair plans to the respective production equipment
  • Organizing and supervision of intervals for inspection activities
  • Immediate help for trouble reports: trouble reports are entered in FMMonline and forwarded to the correct location for processing; immediate solutions are possible for acute cases of trouble
  • Documentation of use provides information about which spare parts have been installed
  • Histories document all maintenance activities for each item of production equipment
  • Recording all maintenance work, the measures carried out and the incurred costs
  • Integrated service planner: Organization of the service teams for optimal planning of capacity and taking the machine occupation into account
  • Integrated document management: Allocation of documents such as TÜV certifications is possible
