Usage-oriented order management

TDM Ordering Module implements usage-oriented order management in the tool crib. Orders are submitted at the correct time, are traceable and are recorded on an order-specific basis at goods receipt. The TDM Ordering Module can be integrated into existing processes according to your system environment, either as a standalone procurement system or integrated into an existing ERP system. Extensive supplier management enables an overview of all supplier information, including terms and pricing. Save time and money by optimizing purchase orders and making stock levels transparent!

  • Automatic minimum stock display of articles
  • Generating purchase requisitions and forwarding them to the ERP system that runs them
  • Overview of all purchase orders and goods received
  • Determining time-related usage statistics and range calculations
  • Calculating the optimum order date, with exact time and quantities
  • Integrated release mechanism:
    Available purchase orders can be withdrawn, put on hold or released

  • Submission of purchase orders:

    • Directly via e-mail from the TDM Ordering Module to suppliers
    • Through interface to ERP systems (SAP, PIUSS)

  • Purchase orders can be generated as a file (e.g. .doc, .xls, .txt, etc.)
  • Recording goods received:

    • Order-specific - the goods received are allocated to the corresponding purchase order based on the order number
    • Article-based - incoming articles are allocated to the corresponding purchase orders via EasyPick
