We serve all industrial sectors in which metal is machined. However, it never fails to amaze me just how many different branches we support and, above all, how many different products are manufactured with software support from TDM. The customers' TDM application is just as diverse as the range of customers.
Some customers have digitalized their tool inventory and assembled tool assemblies in 2D and 3D, and benefit enormously from the digital mirror image of their stock. Others benefit from the crib and logistics solutions, and have created an intact, transparent crib. Then there are the users who focus on the CAM integration and benefit from the application-based data in the planning. Of course, we also have many customers who have a comprehensive application. They organize the shopfloor digitally with TDM and have absolute control over their tools. We often also hear: "If TDM were to fail now, our shopfloor would come to a standstill." We take a certain amount of pride in this and it shows us how deeply TDM is embedded in the individual processes and what processes TDM connects and automates.
I am happy to be in contact with our customers. Our contact persons are all professionals who have put all their energy and technical expertise into driving their company or project forward. They work out processes and technology, right down to the smallest detail, become better each day and drive new ideas forward. They are also the ones who inspire us to provide new solutions.
