With the TDM Feeds & Speeds Manager, you establish a standardized verification process for NC programs by evaluating and comparing planned and actual applied cutting values. The Comara Box is a standard industry PC that is connected directly to the machine control system via an interface and selects and compresses the tool-specific machine cutting data. The data is transferred to the TDM database via an interface and, using the TDM Feeds & Speeds Manager, it is evaluated, visualized and saved by the user as feeds & speeds for the respective tool assembly. The Feeds & Speeds Manager is an easy-to-implement standard solution and offers you enormous potential for improvement thanks to the backflow and evaluation of the real cutting data in TDM.
The TDM Feeds & Speeds Manager (FSM) together with the Comara Box is a combination of hardware and software for recording, compressing and evaluating actual applied cutting data directly from the machine. This means that NC planners can now, for the first time, automatically receive feedback about the quality of the NC programs that are created. Closing the gaps between planning and production guarantees machining expertise and lays the foundation for cost-optimized production as early as the NC planning.
