With TDM Feeds and Speeds Manager you build a standardized verification process of NC programs by evaluating and comparing planned and driven cutting values. The Comara-Box is a standard industrial PC that is connected directly to the machine control via an interface and selects and condenses the tool-specific machine cutting data. The TDM Feeds & Speeds Manager (FSM) together with the Comara-Box are a combination of hardware and software for the acquisition, compression and evaluation of driven cutting data directly from the machine. This means that NC planners can now, for the first time, automatically obtain feedback on the quality of the NC programs created and evaluate the process data.
