The TDM customer portal: Knowledge, training, services

The customer portal is the central point of contact for TDM users for information, knowledge and services. Currently, the portal is organized into four sections, giving users direct access to information about updates and hotfixes, the Virtual Academy e-learning platform as well as consulting services and training. Members of the TDM User Group have access to the presentations, pictures and information from the last user group meeting.

TDM Systems is developing the portal with comprehensive information step by step, thus orienting itself around the needs of the user and playing a fundamental role in shaping the Customer Relationship Management of TDM Systems.

Support

If you would like to update your TDM software, you can find all news about the current main release in the Support section. Software updates, hotfixes or data setups can be requested in a few clicks – easy, quick and reliable.

Virtual Academy

For many TDM users, the Virtual Academy is an important digital component for gaining expertise in the TDM application. Video courses on simple TDM functions, such as creating a data record or generating a 3D graphic, as well as special application cases in CAM, provide wide-ranging opportunities for training. Users can therefore receive targeted training according to their needs and targeted internal knowledge transfer. Many users also use the Virtual Academy to learn about further modules or solve application problems quickly and easily.

TDM User Group
